This a full-time short period course being held in March. The contents of the course will be completed over a 4-week period.

The day after the course comes to an end (15th April), it’s possible for you to take another full-time short period course, this time taking an elementary class in the next level up. The textbook used for this level is “Minna no Nihongo II”.
* For individuals staying in Japan on short term visas:
If you intend on continuing from the 15th April, please return back to your home country at some point during Golden Week (held from 1st May to the 6th May), and then re-enter Japan in time for the beginning of the course.
* For individuals who want to alter their visa to student status in April 2008:
When you enter the country in March, please stick with a short-term visa. After having entered Japan, you can then change your visa in Nagoya to student status in April. If you don’t change your visa status, your short-term stay visa will run out before the course ends.
<Accommodation Information>
(1) Apartment with household appliances included:
All necessary furniture and electronic appliances for daily life are included. The rent is ¥2500 per day, electricity usage included. The apartment is in a very convenient area, and only 20 or so minutes away from the school by subway and a brief walk.
(2) Home stay:
Alternatively, you can stay in a Japanese home. The rent for one week is ¥16000, which includes your own private room and meals at both breakfast and dinner.
