Studying abroad in Japan has been my dream for a long time.
When I was young, I often watched Japanese TV programs and cartoons, and learned some Japanese culture and customs from them. I was impressed by Japanese hospitality and politeness. I had traveled to Japan before, and I was surprised at how the streets were different from Taiwan’s. For these reason I decided to study abroad in Japan.
I heard in Taiwan that the ECC Japanese Language Institute in Nagoya was very severe school. But I think it was a good choice because I wanted to go to a professional school in Japan. I noticed that the students at ECC were skilled and the school’s curriculum was difficult, but effective.
The relationship among the students at ECC is very good. I was able to travel to Hida Takayama and Osaka with some of my classmates. Nagoya is located in central Japan, making it convenient to go anywhere. The teachers are friendly, so I can consult with my teachers about any problems I have with my homework or life in Japan. 9 months have already passed. I’m still having a good time. (2010.07.28)
