By Education through Communication for the Community
For the betterment of world culture and peace.
This is the philosophy that has been passed down since our founding
Education is essential to facilitate the various communication activities that connect the world.
At ECC, we are convinced that a deeper understanding of language and acquiring knowledge leads to mutual understanding, which in turn leads to international peace. Since the establishment of the ECC Foreign Language School in 1962, this belief has remained unchanged, and we have researched and developed various educational methodologies founded on our background in English conversation education and provided these methodologies to society at large. Through communication with local communities, Japanese society, and the global community, we aim to improve culture and world peace while strengthening the spirit of ""social community."
ECC Founding Philosophy
It is our goal through the teaching of foreign languages, to contribute to the development of our students' capabilities, international awareness and leadership qualities. In this way, we hope to promote more interaction and understanding among the peoples of the world, thus helping to contribute to world peace.
As a comprehensive education and lifelong learning institution, ECC operates language schools, provides language training, and develops and conducts various educational activities all over Japan.

The ECC Japanese Language Institute's Education Policy
We aim to provide an education that enables dreams to come true through Japanese.
Under the slogan of "Beyond the Japanese Language," our primary goal is to help students realize their dreams beyond the acquisition of the Japanese language. We aim to cultivate comprehensive Japanese language skills so that students can acquire the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a well-balanced manner.
